These terms apply to everyone who uses n8n-expert.net, including the tutorials, the free workflows and the forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

n8n-expert.net is a website of Club von Westen, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 73557390, located at Frits Touwstraat 14, 3075 RS Rotterdam, the Netherlands, VAT ID NL001710065B90. You can reach us at [email protected].

Tutorials and information

We write the tutorials with care, but we cannot guarantee that every step is correct, complete and up to date. n8n, its nodes and the services you connect change regularly. Use the information at your own judgement and test before you rely on it.

Free workflows: what you may do

You may use the free workflows on this site under these conditions:

  • You may use, copy and change them, for yourself and in projects for your clients, including commercial projects.
  • You may not sell, sublicense or republish them, as they are or changed, as a template, download or product, for example in a marketplace or on another website.
  • A mention of n8n-expert.net is appreciated but not required.

The copyright in the workflows, texts and images on this site stays with us.

Use at your own risk

The workflows are provided as they are, without any warranty. Before you run a workflow on real data:

  • test it with sample data first;
  • check what each node does, especially nodes that send, change or delete data;
  • add your own credentials and check the costs and terms of the services you connect.

You are responsible for your n8n environment, your accounts and data, and the costs of the services a workflow uses.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this site, the tutorials or the workflows. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, your mandatory legal rights are not affected.

Requesting a workflow

Sending a request through the request form is free and does not commit you or us to anything. We decide for ourselves whether we take on a request. A price we mention is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing; email counts. Custom workflows and extensions are made under a separate agreement with its own terms.

If you tick that a generic version may be published, we publish it only without your name, company, data and credentials. You can withdraw this before publication.

We do not sell paid workflows yet. When we do, separate terms of sale will apply, and you will see them before you buy.

n8n is a trademark of n8n GmbH. n8n-expert.net is an independent site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n GmbH. Other product names belong to their respective owners. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.

Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Dutch law applies, and disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If the English and Dutch versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
